In layman's terms, our training methodology incorporates elements from various disciplines, including weightlifting, gymnastics, and cardiovascular training. Our daily workouts emphasize both functional and accessory movements that are essential to help to prepare you for life's daily tasks. Consistently working out at 10ex will effectively improve strength, endurance, flexibility, and agility, all within a supportive community atmosphere.
