CrossFit is a fitness program that uses “constantly varied, functional movement performed at a relative high intensity”. The difficulty level of our daily workouts is designed to be increased or decreased, depending upon the individual. This makes them doable for anyone.
Our CrossFit programs include exercises like core conditioning, rowing, sprinting, gymnastics, lifting, etc. Each workout is designed to improve overall flexibility, strength, speed, endurance, and agility.
Yes! Our programming spans people from all walks of life - the young at heart, some runners, some weightlifters, plenty of socialites, diabetics, athletes...former athletes. Even if walking the dog is the only exercise you’ve had in years, we will be with on your journey to achieve your fitness goals.
