  • What will my first time in your gym be like?

    During your first visit, our coaches will give you a tour of the facilities, discuss your goals, your history, and help you choose the right membership.

  • What exactly is CrossFit?

    CrossFit is a fitness program that uses “constantly varied, functional movement performed at a relative high intensity”. The difficulty level of our daily workouts is designed to be increased or decreased, depending upon the individual. This makes them doable by anyone. Our CrossFit programs include exercises like core conditioning, rowing, sprinting, gymnastics, lifting, etc. Each workout is designed to improve overall flexibility, strength, speed, endurance, and agility.

  • I’m not in very good shape… can I do CrossFit?

    Yes! We memberships spans all walks of life - the young at heart, some runners, some weightlifters, plenty of socialites, diabetics, athletes...former athletes. Even if walking the dog is the only exercise you’ve had in years, we will be with on your journey to achieve your fitness goals.

  • I just relocated/looking for a new gym and I’d like to check you out prior to joining.
