Therefore, a sound body represents a healthy FOUNDATION – leading to a vibrant mind, body and spirit. 10ex Foundation is an instructed fitness course based on the core principles of physical fitness. No fitness experience is required! Foundation sessions last 45 minutes and are team-oriented to develop social connections, build a passionate fitness community, and encourage participants to push harder than they would on their own.
Based on the CrossFit prescription of ‘constantly-varied, functional movement, executed at high intensity,’ our program combines strength training with portions of classic CrossFit design. During this one hour session, you could be working on pull-ups, rowing, burpees, and much more. Every training session is instructor-led and different so you’ll never be bored. We program for specific fitness levels and provide thoughtful steering towards appropriate intensity and volume. You’ll love it!
Who says adults get to have all the fun? KidFit teaches children the principles of mechanics, consistency, and intensity in fun fashion. Our instructor’s goal is to establish good movements and a taste for fitness during childhood and adolescence. KidFit promotes physical literacy, enhances sports performance, and helps in preventing sport injury. Also, scientific research proves that exercise benefits cognitive function. So your little athlete will do better on the field and the classroom!

Our Prep Course provides a comprehensive orientation to better prepare you for CrossFit, or better – sound exercise and lifestyle habits. The Prep Course focuses on our core philosophy, training theories, nutritional strategies, proper movements/technique and more. Everyone starts in the Prep Course.
